How We Get There

Swindon Together operates around a simple principle: LISTEN → UNDERSTAND → INVESTIGATE → CONNECT → ACT → MEASURE → REPORT BACK. Every issue should aim to become a clearly defined problem with evidence, identified responsibility, possible solutions, a practical action pathway, progress tracking and outcome reporting.
